Graham joined the board in December 2012, bringing a wealth of experience to help set the business up as a social enterprise.
By profession Graham is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland with more than 30 years of financial experience. He also has a degree in Accountancy & Business Law.
For the last 20 years Graham has run his own business in a number of high profile roles. He has experience in the further education, charity, local government, commercial and professional services sectors, regulation and the NHS.
With 23 years of experience in the role of Non-Executive Director/Governor, Graham, in addition to his role with Healthier Futures, is the Chair of The Clatterbridge Pharmacy Limited (a subsidiary company of The Clatterbridge Cancer Centre NHS Foundation Trust), an Independent Member of the Health and Safety Executive’s Audit and Risk Assurance Committee, a Panel Chair with the Health and Care Professions Council on their Fitness to Practise Panels and a Non-Executive Director of One Manchester Housing Group. Graham previously served as a Non-Executive Director on the Boards of NHS Trafford and NHS Manchester.
Through his Non-Executive roles he has chaired and/or been a member of various Committees such as Audit, Remuneration, Integrated Governance, Resources, Finance & Policy and Quality. Since 2007, Graham is a serving Magistrate on the Trafford Bench.
